Our automatic center punch is used to produce a dimple in a piece of sheet metal. This can be used as a pilot for drilling a hole, or for texturing a surface. The internal spring-tension mechanism automatically strikes a blow when downward pressure is applied. The marks are uniform in depth and size. Tension can be slightly adjusted by twisting the cap. Overall measures 5.25x0.63x0.63" (13.3x1.6x1.6 cm).
