Disc Cutter - Doming Set - 21 Punches (3 piece min)

This disc cutter and doming set will cut circles, form domes, and form cones out of sheet metal. It will reliably cut the same sizes and form the same shapes every time. It comes with 21 punches: 3 of each size - one flat, one doming, and one cone. It also comes with a square steel disc cutting block with 7 circle slots that fit the punches, and a wooden box to store everything in. This disc cutter will cut up to 20 gauge metal, and can be used on a rubber mat or block to ease the cutting process and protect your work surface.

To use it, remove all punches from the block, and select the size and the shape punch you would like. For a coned disc, use a convex punch; for a domed disc, use a concave punch, and for a flat disc, use a flat disc. Place your sheet metal in the slot, and place your punch, sharp side against the metal, in the correct slot. Strike the beveled side of the punch with a heavy mallet until it pierces through the sheet metal. Be careful of your fingers and other items on your work surface.
